4. Pay by Check: Make check out to "Creative Wedding
Ceremonies"
5. Pay using PayPal or Credit Card: If you would
like to pay for your advertising using PayPal or a credit card, please
go to our home page and click on the PayPal link in the second column
of the page. In the comments box, please include your business name,
telephone number and the type of ad you are purchasing. Please note
on this form that you paid using PayPal or credit card, the date and
the amount paid. Once completed, this form can be mailed to the address
shown below or faxed to 732-627-9795. Images should be sent to: advertising@yourweddingyourway.com..

6. Once payment and all information is received, it will
take approximately 3 - 5 business days for your ad to be included
in our directory.
